Check Locator source

Verify whether the Locator uses All Locations, a manual selection or Dynamic Rules. A valid Location can still be excluded by source configuration.

Check filters

Clear public filters and search terms. A Location may be present but currently filtered out.

Check publication and data

Verify that the Location is available for public use and has valid coordinates if a marker is expected.

Check classification

For dynamic sources, confirm the Location has the Type/Group or other data the rule expects.

Map but not list / list but not map

Review layout/content settings and coordinates. A List Only layout intentionally has no marker; a malformed coordinate can prevent mapping even when card data exists.
