Clustering keeps dense maps readable by grouping nearby markers as the map zoom level changes.

Modes

Clustering can be Automatic, Enabled or Disabled. Automatic is a useful default when different Locators can vary greatly in Location count.

Coincident Locations

Velox includes handling for Locations that share the same coordinates. This matters for malls, office towers, campuses or service points represented by a common geographic position.

When to disable clustering

For a small Locator with widely spaced markers, disabling clustering may provide a simpler experience. For larger city-scale or regional directories, clustering is usually easier to scan.
