Review the importer’s validation output and planned create/update behavior before confirmation.

Unexpected creates

Check whether External IDs are missing, changed or formatted differently from existing records.

Unexpected updates

Check for duplicate External IDs in the CSV or an ID that has been reused for a different Location.

Classification problems

Verify Type slugs and hierarchical Group slug paths. Display names are less reliable for portable bulk workflows.

Coordinate/data errors

Fix systematic source issues in the CSV and rerun validation rather than manually repairing many imported records.
