Velox Map Locator supports structured business hours rather than treating opening times as free text.

Weekly hours

Set operating periods for each day of the week. Multiple periods allow split shifts, such as a morning session and an evening session.

Overnight hours

Schedules can span midnight. Use the structured hours controls rather than manually writing an “open late” note if you want public status to be calculated correctly.

Special-date overrides

Add date-specific overrides for holidays, temporary closures or exceptional opening hours.

Timezone-aware status

Public open/closed status is calculated with timezone awareness. If the displayed status is wrong, verify the Location’s schedule, special-date overrides and the relevant timezone configuration before assuming a front-end problem.
