Visitor geolocation is requested only after user action. Distance calculations happen in the browser and Velox Map Locator does not persist visitor coordinates.

External maps

When a map is loaded, the visitor’s browser may connect directly to the map provider chosen by the site administrator. Those services are outside Velox Plugins.

Administrator responsibility

The site owner is responsible for choosing providers, configuring credentials, meeting provider terms and presenting any privacy/consent information required for the site’s jurisdiction and implementation.
