Interaction Privacy Mode

Configure the Locator’s map loading behavior to Require visitor to click Load Map when you want to defer requests to an external map provider.

What remains available

The Location list can remain available while the external map is unloaded. This allows visitors to access useful directory information without immediately connecting to the configured map service.

When the visitor loads the map

The browser then connects to the selected provider and requests the resources required to render the map.

Site-level consent

Velox Map Locator provides the loading behavior, but the site owner remains responsible for its own privacy notices, consent implementation and the terms of the external service it chooses.
