If the visible page-title banner comes from the active theme rather than Elementor, Velox Featured Image Background will not control it.

Confirm ownership of the title bar

Edit the page with Elementor. If the title bar is not part of that Elementor layout, it is probably generated by the theme or another plugin.

Use an Elementor-built title area

Disable the theme title area where appropriate and build the title/banner in Elementor, then use Featured Image Background or Featured Hero.
