Dynamic rendering and Elementor caching
Why dynamic widgets and background-enabled elements are marked so current content is not frozen into reusable output.
Reusable Elementor layouts create a caching risk: if output for one page is cached as though it were static, another page could inherit the wrong Featured Image or title.
Widgets
Featured Image and Featured Hero are explicitly treated as dynamic so Elementor output caching does not freeze the content context.
Background extension
Only supported Containers/legacy Sections with the Velox Featured Image Background feature enabled need dynamic treatment. Normal layout elements remain cacheable.
External caches
Elementor’s dynamic rendering flags do not invalidate unrelated full-page caches or CDNs. Site operators should clear those external layers when normal content updates are not reflected.
