Confirm WordPress first

Open the post/page editor and make sure the new Featured Image is actually saved on the intended content item.

Check a normal front-end request

View the public page outside the Elementor editor. If WordPress is correct but an old render remains, clear the relevant page cache, server cache, reverse proxy, or CDN cache.

Do not resave the image into Velox

There is no second primary image assignment to update in the widget. Velox resolves the current WordPress Featured Image dynamically.
